Yes, absolutely. Just remember the layering rule of oil underneath a cream. For those with severely dry skin we prescribe Hand Rescue (which is actually an everything rescue) to be applied on top of the Aromatic Body oil, as a protective shield to lock in the nourishing compounds, and intensifies results.
